Janee' Moore is an Accredited Animal Care Specialist with years of experience handling all types of pets. She is Wilmington College Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & minored in Equestian Studies. She recieved accreditation as a "Pet Store Pro" while employed at a local pet store. Janee' strives to increase her effectiveness by volunteering for several organizations & participates in may continuing education activities.
She has worked in all avenues of the pet industry & is enthusiastic about educating others with her pet care knowledge. Her work history includes: Professional Pet Sitter for 17 years, Bather Brusher for 4 years, Assistant Professional Groomer for 10 years, Veterinary Practice Office Manager for 3 years, Horse Farm Manager & Trainer, Competitive Showing in Hunter/Jumper Circuits, Western Pleasure & 4H shows, Humane Society/Rescue Volunteer & Retail Pet Store Employee.
Janee' uses a special approach when working with any new pets. Her personal experiences have reinforced the importance of patients & understanding. Being calm & encouraging helps her connect with any type of animal. She uses body language & different types of touch to gain your pets attention & respect. She reinforces good behaviors with All Natural Treats & of course lots and lots of praise. Veronica will be available for weekly visits, pet sitting and dog exercise appointments or she can even rollerblade with your pooch for the ultimate workout. She will be caring for clients’ pets all over the Dayton, Beavercreek, Bellbrook and Centerville areas. Renata will be specializing in large animals and horse care services. She will be available for professional pet sitting for all types of pets in the Fairborn and Beavercreek areas.
Veronica Machner was the first addition to our expanding MOORE Specialty Pet Care Team. She is a Professional Pet Sitter and Dog Walker/Exerciser. Her level of care and compassion for any type of pet is impeccable. She has assisted me in all aspects of this growing business. She and I previously worked together at a local pet store. We quickly became close friends because of our eagerness to learn about and care for several types of animals. She has an amazing personality and a valuable talent for connecting with all animals. She currently owns a tiny Terrier named Gaston, a teacup Pomeranian named Bastille, and has a saltwater aquarium.
Renata Ficek is our first Professional Horse Care Provider to join our Specialty Pet Care Team. She has been around horses since she was 12 years old, taking lessons and volunteering at several local stables in Australia. She has taken horsemanship training and learned much about animal behavior over the past several years. Renata has the perfect mix of skills to be calm and effective when working with all breeds of dogs and horses. She owns no pets but often works with a special dog, an adorable Beagle mix named Reno. She currently volunteers several hours a week at two local horse stables in Dayton and Fairborn. Renata has her graduate degree in publishing and will be working with our business all the way down to the design of our paperwork as well.
MSPC volunteers & donates to local area Humane Societies and Rescues.
MSPC is Insured and Bonded by Hartford Insurance of Dayton Ohio.

Why MSPC was created!
Throughout my work history I have experienced several things that I did not agree within some pet businesses. I developed this company because I know if you are patient and knowledgeable most animals are very trainable. A trained pet means a happy owner and a happy owner will care endlessly for their animals. Your pets are precious and we understand.
